Windhorse Photography is solely owned by freelance travel/stock photographer Steve Jones. Images have appeared in many publications including: The Sunday Times (Travel), The Times (Travel), National Traveler Guide Series (National Geographic), The Telegraph (Travel), The Observer (Escape), Wanderlust, etc.....
Most of the travels have been around Asia. During these travels Steve has found his comfort zone with the people’s of the Himalayan region’s. In 2003 steve along with his very good friend’s in Bhutan decided to run photographic tour’s. The purpose of these tour’s is to have a more flexible than normal tour with the local knowledge of our Bhutanese expert & the eye of the travel photographer. This way we are not hurried to get to the next place if a better opportunity presents itself. Those photographers who are novices can ask for guidance in creating better images throughout the tour.
